Meet Shauna, President and Founder of FedSubK
Shauna has almost 36 years of federal experience across military and civilian agencies holding positions of increasing responsibility in human resources, budget, manpower, acquisition methods, contracting, acquisition program / project management, and policy.
As a former Chief of Contracting, SME, and leader in her field, Shauna brings expertise in the procurement of supplies and services, construction, Architect - Engineer services, environmental remediation and environmental support services, operation & maintenance services, ordnance and explosives removal, commercial financial payment solutions, acquisition of parts / spares / repairs, contingency needs, and FAR policy.
Shauna was an instructor for GSA, FAI, and USACE specializing in utilization of small businesses and cost reimbursement contracting. She has taught courses on earned value management and development of work breakdown structures.
