GSA Updates Vendor Scoring for GSA Advantage! / eBuy Beginning 5/24/2023

Are you a GSA Schedule holder that accepts orders via GSA Advantage! or eBuy? Starting with vendor scores sent out on 5/24/2023, GSA has updated the score thresholds for order status, on-time, and cancellation scores, as follows:

Order Status Score

Contracts that have fewer than 80% of order lines with the status of shipped, canceled, or backordered reflected by the due date will be subject to suspension from GSA Advantage!/eBuy. If a contract has fewer than 7 total lines or 2 or fewer lines with missing status, it is exempt from suspension.

Cancellation Score

Contracts are subject to suspension from GSA Advantage!/eBuy if they have 100 or more order lines combined with a cancellation rate of 30% or higher. If you have a significant cancellation rate, ensure all unavailable or discontinued items are removed from your schedule.

On-time Score

Contracts are subject to suspension from GSA Advantage!/eBuy if they have 100 or more order lines combined with an on-time rate below 30%.

Contractors will be allowed to submit a corrective action plan to avoid suspension.

GSA is asking for your feedback on the new thresholds using the Vendor Corrective Action Feedback Form.
