OTA Authority - Prototype Projects

OTA Authority - USACE PDB-OTA Playbook

USACE has authority under 10 U.S.C. 2808a for the use of OTAs for facility construction and repair. One method USACE is using is called "Progressive Design-Build (PDB)-OTA".
